Since products are made to order, we do not accept general or size-related returns.
Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
All of our products are made to order specifically for you. If you want to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can modify your order at any time before it enters production.
Once your order goes into production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.
Damaged/Quality Issues
For a speedy resolution, please include a photo clearly showing the issue with the print or the damaged area, along with your order number. Ensure the photo is taken on a flat surface, showing the tag and the issue clearly.

Refund Policies
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
Because our products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. In such cases, you must provide photographic evidence showing the problem.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will appear in your PayPal account within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Refunds processed via credit/debit cards will reflect in your bank account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, Klarna/AfterPay, and other local payment methods.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and customs fees. These vary by country, and we cannot calculate them in advance.
